Orders within the UK, please allow 2-4 days for shipping (2-5 days for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands).
For non-UK countries, please contact us for  estimated shipping times.

If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time.
However, sometimes due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 85%-100% of the orders.

Delivery Charges: UK Mainland

  • Standard delivery charge is just £14.99*
  • Free delivery on orders over £500*

Delivery Charges: Non-UK Mainland

  • Delivery charge to UK Highlands & Islands is £19.99 per carton (max 25kg)
  • Delivery charge to Northern Ireland is £19.99 per carton (max 25kg)
  • Delivery charge to Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands & Denmark is £20 per carton (max 25kg)
  • Delivery charge to Poland, Sweden & Finland is £35 per carton (max 25kg)

Returns & Refunds

A-listfashionwholesale.co.uk will credit your account to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions:

Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
We will arrange for you to return the incorrect product and we will ship you the correct product, or issue you a full refund.
Please do not send us the product until you contact us.
We only will give a refund for the Second Class Royal Mail. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment.

Defective Product

If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Once we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will issue you a Credit Note.
All refunds are in the form of Credit Notes only. These can be used against your next order.
Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective. Please do not send us the product until you contact us. We do not offer a free returns service to Non-UK customers. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.

In case of returning an unwanted items we will, at our discretion, charge up to 15% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Regular customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Shoe ratio on our website for information only and some packs may not contain all of the sizes.

We do not accept customer returns to you [wear & tear], this is wholly your responsibility. There is no exception to this.

Any refused shipment sent back to a-listfashionwholesale.co.uk does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with a-listfashionwholesale.co.uk to receive the refused shipment again.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery, regardless of the reasons.

We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We are committed to customer satisfaction. All our products are of the highest quality and our best efforts have been made to ensure that these products are in good condition when shipped. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products. If you wish to test out our products please just place a small order. We do not refund shipping cost charged by us on original order.

We don’t offer free return to Non-UK customers.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock items are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days after order has been placed. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, in which we will inform you.
We stock over 4000 products and in some cases we maybe delivery goods to you in stages. You can’t cancel your order if you already receive a part of your order, but not all of it.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
